六項Bancroft (1972)對於suggestopedia 提出的要素為:
- 1. Authority: 人們普遍對具有權威性的資訊較有深刻的記憶。
- 2. Infantilization: Authority 也表示了一種 teacher-student relation 之於 parent to child
- 3. Double-planedness (雙重影響): 學生學習來自於the effect of direct instruction 及the environment
where the instruction takes place.
- 4. Intonation & rhythm: 不一樣的聲調韻律能避免boredom，能賦予語言材料意義。
- 5. Concert pseudo-passiveness: musical background 來自於the cordination of intonation and
rhythm 能夠induce a relaxed attitude，這就是Lozanov說的 concert psudo-passiveness.
